Needed: FEA Consulting Engineer
Based in our McKinney, TX office, the FEA Consulting Engineer plays a critical role helping showcase our innovative solutions to prospective and existing customers. The engineer will help nurture prospects through the sales pipeline and implement the solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic team player with a drive for achievement who is looking to grow their sales engineering career. The FEA Consulting Engineer position is to engineer a solution to customers' needs and put together a solution that meets the customer’s technical and business requirements. The position will also work with the other team members to ensure successful projects are secured and delivered. The position will also supply support to marketing operations staff as necessary.
The Applications Engineer reports to the President currently but may change over time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design Requirements
- Perform heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and cost analysis, and other calculations to determine the best solution for each project
- Review bid package provided to determine the requirements each project and determine the best path to securing an order and successfully delivering an order
- Assemble various costs associated with providing products to the customer
- Assemble various costs associated with implementing the products involved in the particular project
- Prepare technical proposal packages that include a narrative explaining the solution
- Make site visits to gain a full understanding of the requirements and challenges that a project carries and provide customer and project support
- Travel up to 25%, generally USA based but may include some international
- Perform CFD modeling to help determine ideal solution
- Work with project managers and design engineers after a project is awarded to help ensure the project is completely smoothly
- Answer technical questions, trouble-shoot warranty issues and provide order support
Skill/Job Requirements:
- 4 year engineering degree and or 3-5 years of experience in similar field
- Must be proficient in use of one or more major CAD package, CFD software tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and dependable with ability to work independently as well as in group/team setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional sales presence on phone and in person
- Mechanical engineering knowledge that can be applied to design and problem solving
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency or otherwise legally authorized to work in the USA
- Software used: RecurDyn, Creo Simulation Live, SimSolid
- Additional skills desired: Multibody Dynamics (MBD)

Needed: North America Sales Consultant
Based in our McKinney, TX office, the Sales Consultant is the initial contact for all customer interaction. The Sales Consultant will work with our customers to communicate their needs to our internal teams. The Sales Consultant is the overall manager of the relationship between Enginsoft USA and our customers.
The Sales Consultant reports to the President currently but may change over time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets
- Grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients
- Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
- Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions
- Identify and resolve client concerns; recommending a course of action to alleviate these concerns in the future
- Understand and comply with established guidelines that ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Coordinates company staff to provide exemplary service to customers
- Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
- Work with the engineering team to ensure customer project requirements are met
- Maintain records of customer communications and contact information as required
- Prepare responses to RFP (request for proposals) and RFI (request for information)
- Attend and participating in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
- Maintain awareness of pertinent client information, future plans, payment performance; communicate any client information that may affect company decisions to appropriate departments as needed
- Research market requirements and market data
- Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies
- Maintain current product knowledge
- Submit a variety of sales status reports as required, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
Skill/Job Requirements:
- 4 year degree and or 3-5 years of experience in similar field
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite
- Must be self-motivated, responsible and dependable with ability to work independently as well as in group/team setting

The Multibody Dynamics (MBD) Engineer position is to engineer a solution to customers' needs and put together a solution that meets the customer’s technical and business requirements. The position will also work with the other team members to ensure successful projects are secured and delivered. The position will also supply support to marketing operations staff as necessary.
The Applications Engineer reports to the President currently but may change over time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design Requirements
- Perform large-scale multibody model analysis, including multiple contacts and flexible bodies, as well as other calculations to determine the best solution for each project
- Review bid package provided to determine the requirements each project and determine the best path to securing an order and successfully delivering an order
- Assemble various costs associated with providing products to the customer
- Assemble various costs associated with implementing the products involved in the particular project
- Prepare technical proposal packages that include a narrative explaining the solution
- Make site visits to gain a full understanding of the requirements and challenges that a project carries and provide customer and project support
- Travel up to 25%, generally USA based but may include some international
- Perform multibody dynamic analysis including use of various toolkits that support complex sub-systems, including: media transport products such as printers and copiers; track assemblies on products such as construction machinery, military vehicles and recreational vehicles; machinery components such as gears, belts, and chains to help determine ideal solution
- Work with project managers and design engineers after a project is awarded to help ensure the project is completely smoothly
- Answer technical questions, trouble-shoot warranty issues and provide order support
Skill/Job Requirements:
- 4 year engineering degree and or 3-5 years of experience in similar field
- Must be proficient in use of one or more major CAD package, multibody dynamic analysis software tools and Microsoft Office suite
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, and dependable with ability to work independently as well as in group/team setting
